You are entitled to Temporary Total Disability from the date you were injured through your return from disability. The lawyer will handle everything, follow his instructions. You won't get much every two weeks because your earnings were meager, but it's better than a sharp stick in the eye. Minimum $200 a week. All medical is free. At the end you'll get a couple of grand.
